For Mountain Beam customers, this Privacy Policy is initialized the moment a customer begins “Service” by purchasing credits. This Privacy Policy additionally governs the collection and use of personal information of website visitors (customer and non-customer). “Our Websites” include: mtnbeam.com, mountainbeam.com, and all subdomains.

We also want to make sure you understand how we use and share your information and the choices available to you. Our goal is to earn and keep your trust as you use our websites and services.

We may also collect information about your operating system, Internet Service Provider (ISP) information and IP addresses and other device identifiers, such as mobile device identifiers. We collect geolocation information. For Service customers we may use radio technologies to collect information about your location, like distance from tower.

Compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

Our website which is intended for the general audience to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. This Federal law applies to operators of commercial websites and online services directed to children under 13 that collect, use or disclose personal information from children, and it applies to operators of commercial websites that have actual knowledge that they are collecting, using or disclosing personal information from children under 13. COPPA also requires website operators who collect personal information from children under the age of 13 to get prior parental consent. Mountain Beam does not knowingly collect, and does not wish to collect, personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
